Using the Speak-Up Line Makes Us Better

At Fresh Del Monte Produce, our overarching principle is, “we do the right thing every time.” 

Our reputation is an asset, as valuable as our people and our brands. To maintain our reputation requires the highest standards of behavior.  

We count on you to let us know promptly about a potential violation of our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, our policies or applicable law.  By sharing your concerns with us we can resolve them and improve Fresh Del Monte Produce.

To help you report, we provide several reporting channels: your manager or a member of the Human Resources, Legal or Global Ethics and Compliance Teams as well as this Speak-Up Line, which is managed by Convercent, an independent third party.  

You may make a report 24/7 by:

calling Convercent’s trained multi-lingual professionals via a local toll-free number, available when you select your country in the section marked “Call Us.”

What to Expect after you "Speak Up"?

  • Your question or concern will be taken seriously. 

  • You are not required to identify yourself and may remain anonymous except if you are located in a country (mostly in Europe) that limits anonymous reporting.

  • Your report is confidential, subject to the requirements of applicable laws and our ability to conduct a thorough investigation.

  • Employees are protected from retaliation for making a good faith report as set out in our Non-Retaliation Policy.
